SpeedFan to darmowa aplikacja, autorstwa Alfredo Milani Comparettiego, do monitorowania temperatur procesora, komputera (płyty głównej), dysku twardego, karty graficznej, zasilacza i innych, o ile dany sprzęt jest wyposażony w stosowne czujniki. Aplikacja umożliwia ponadto odczyt i regulację prędkości obrotowych wentylatorów (a na niektórych płytach głównych nawet zmianę FSB!), odczyt napięć zasilacza, odczyt danych o stanie dysku twardego w technologii S.M.A.R.T. Wspiera urządzenia komunikujące się za pomocą interfejsów IDE, SATA, SCSI; autor zapewnia działanie w Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, 2003, XP i Vista, także w 64-bitowych wersjach OSu.
